CONCERT NOTICE

Immersive Music, Robert Normandeau

In PACE Studio 1,  Richmond Street, Leicester, LE2 7BQ

Preceded by a talk on his approach to multi-channel composition, 3pm (also PACE Studio 1).

Robert Normandeau will celebrate his long association with De Montfort University in this concert of his work, including the world premiere of Hamlet-Machine without Actors, projected on our multi-loudspeaker system.

Note:  there will not be fixed seating for this performance, the audience are invited to explore the immersive experience of these works by moving freely in the space.
Some chairs will be provided, and you may bring a cushion!

We will be taking 10 students to Sweden in Feb/March who will present work and also perform as a large group. This is open to all MTI/MTP students and post-grads. Funding is provided for travel and accommodation. Selection is based on applications/proposals. There will also be extra-curricular rehearsal as a group prior to departure.
