JOB VACANCY LECTURER IN MUSIC Hours: 24 hours per week including some holidays Salary: £18,929 - £21,492 pro rata Base: Claremont Centre Closing Date: July 25th Interview Date: August 1st Soar Valley Music Centre are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to teach on a range of music programmes and levels including level 3 and HNC/D. Our motto is ‘Music for Everyone’ and as a registered charity we aim to offer all kinds of music tuition to anyone of any age and ability. The successful candidate must possess an appropriate degree or professional qualification. In addition the successful candidate should have an appropriate teaching qualification or demonstrate a firm commitment to completing a recognised teaching qualification within a specified timescale. You will be part of a team of varied individuals and must be prepared to deal with all manner of people during your working day. The ability to work flexibly, meet deadlines and respond to changes in a positive and open manner are essential.
